Please note that Non-Woodambitious brand products are not covered by the 100% satisfaction guarantee and the return or exchange process may vary and differ. If your product(s) are Non-Woodambitious brand products, please follow return policy as below.

Damaged / Defective Product

Quick solutions for unpredictable situations
In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for. 
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
  • Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original).
  • Products must be disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled.
Damage claims in 3 Easy Steps:
  1. File a Claim. Please be sure to write “Damaged item” or “Defected item” with your purchase order number in the Subject field.
  2. Keep item in original packaging (Some items will need to be picked up for courier inspection)
  3. Receive your Replacement (A replacement will be processed immediately) 



    What Can I Return?

    Woodambitious Brand Products

    If you are not completely satisfied with your Woodambitious brand products, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products within 30 days of delivery.

    Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of a defect, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

    Non-Woodambitious Brand Products

    In most cases we do accept the returns of the product if the product is in unused condition and original packaging. We will refund you the amount less the 30% restocking fee. If there is any fault in the products, we will exchange the product for no additional cost. Customer pays for return shipping. You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise within 30 days of delivery, all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement but it has to be mentioned on the proof of delivery with proof of pictures. All kind of Damage/Defect claims must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery time.

    We will accept returns and exchanges of Non-Woodambitious brand items if:

    • Non-Woodambitious items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
    • A valid proof of purchase is provided.
    • Non-Woodambitious items are returned in good condition-unused and unwashed.

    If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase, without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. If you don’t want to exchanged for the defect/damaged items and want to receive a refund, once we receive your return and inspected, your refund will post to your credit or debit card account within 7-14 business days.

    We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.

    Items must be returned to us and Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and packaging charges, both ways, in any warranty situation. Woodambitious is not responsible for improper return packaging. All returns require a return authorization (RA) number. RA number must be legibly printed on each package of the return shipment. Any return without a RA number will be refused. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Woodambitious is not responsible for a manufacturer’s warranty. There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise is used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.

    Non Returnable items

    Items purchase as special promotion sales or seasonal special big sales are final and it can not be returned, exchanged or repaired. No warranty on custom order products.
