Refund (if applicable)


When a return is received and inspection of the item is complete, we will send an email to the customer notifying that the returned item has been received. You will also be notified by email about approval or rejection of the refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds (Upon approval)


In general, refunds may take 2 to 10 days depending on the refund policy of Merchant bank and the customer’s bank or credit card company.

If it’s been 10 days and you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account closely.

Then contact your credit card company or bank. Please be aware that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Refunds are available only when the customer purchases the product at the regular price, and unfortunately, please understand that a full refund is not possible if you have purchased a discounted or special sales product.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at



When the customer selects the gift option when purchasing the product and ships the item directly to the customer, a gift credit will be received from us rather than a refund for the amount returned. When we receive the returned product and the product is not defective, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was given to the person who requested the return after the gift provider has delivered the item directly to him to provide the gift, we will issue a refund for the return to the gift provider. The gift provider needs to follow the progress of returns and refunds.

Return Shipping

You are informed that you are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item, and the shipping cost for returning the item is non-refundable. We inform you that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount in case of a refund after we have confirmed the returned item. We also inform you that if the return is due to a defect in our item, the return shipping fee is not deducted from the refund amount.
