Notification: Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. However, please be advised that due to the coronavirus pandemic and logistical issues, some products, including furniture, may take up to 14 days to deliver.
If your order arrives later than expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! If you are ordering event products, we would appreciate it if you placed your order at least 3 weeks before the expected delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping over $200

Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States is valid on all orders over $200 after promotions and discounts are applied. The Alaska, Hawaii, all-island territories, and U.S. possessions are outside our normal delivery zone, and we are unable to offer free shipping. Packaging, taxes, and pre-purchase are not subject to the minimum purchase requirements. To receive free shipping, customers must select the standard shipping option at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

In-stock orders are packed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order confirmation. 

We will try our best to ship out 1-2 weeks for most in-stock orders. Please note that delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws or other variables which are beyond our control. If there is a problem with stock, you will receive an email notification from us about the delay or cancellation of your order. 

Shipment Method

The standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

The stand shipping method for large/heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments but delivery signature is required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package’s safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship via USPS.

If you are purchase multipole items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different dates. If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight Carrier based on the number of items and weight

Freight shipments are curbside delivery. If you would like push-though-front-door service, this would be an additional cost and you will need to contact us prior to placing your order.

Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you must take pictures and note this on the delivery receipt and notify us within24-48 hours to have you get our service guarantee.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Most orders will arrive within 3-14 business days from the day of shipment, depending on the “Ship to” address except for special occasional circumstances.

Once shipped, orders are normally delivered as below,

West coast:  1-3 business days / Central coast: 3-7 business days / East coast: 5-14 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer. 

Orders are usually but not always shipped via USPS. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weights and displayed at checkout.

Expedited delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-3 business days.


Shipping Charge Notes 

  1. We do not support international shipping directly from our website to countries outside of the the United States at this time.

  2. Delivery charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to a single address. 

  3. In the case of an order being shipped to multiple addresses, each address is charged as a separate single address.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
 
We are not responsible if delivery is delayed or parcels are lost because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. We have no control over where the shipping service places your package. We will notify you by email when the package is ready and include a tracking number for your convenience. We are not responsible for delivery locations on designated premises.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment once the item ships from the warehouse. You may go to their website to track your shipment.

If you simply click on the tracking information we sent you, you will be automatically connected to the tracking information system of the corresponding freight service provider and you can check the tracking information of your shipment. If you accidentally delete the tracking information we sent you. No worry, you can get your tracking information by logging into “My Account” on our website if you registered once you purchase or if you have already an account with us.
