Lost Package

We want you to get your product as quickly as possible
If you have not received your merchandise, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered;
please contact us and a replacement will be processed within 72 business hours. We’ll cover the cost of the new product and handle the claim with the courier.
Lost Package Claims in 3 Easy Steps:
  1. Double Check (Couriers occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen, or damaged by weather. Take a look around – ask your neighbors, roommates, or family members to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by.)
  2. File a claim. Please be sure to write “Lost Package” with your order number in the Subject field.
  3. Get your replacement (A replacement is processed for you)
